In order to remain cage free, pick up must take place within 30 minutes of the phone call or text message informing you of your completed groom. Waiting for a dog to be picked up is a hardship for our employees and your dog. While Dogg Oddities does allow reasonable leeway for traffic and unforeseen circumstances, dogs left late will be charged a pick up and or sitting fee of $15 for every 30 minutes. Please call or text if you’re running late.

• Please give us at least a 24 hour notice to cancel/ reschedule your appointment to avoid a $50 late fee

• No call or No show will result to be charged the full amount of the appointment.

• If you cancel day of your appointment , you will be charged the full amount of the service.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be given a grace period of 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount

For full grooms we are typically booked 2 to 4 weeks out. We ask to schedule your appointments ahead of time. We rarely get cancelations. All appointments are booked online only.
